I could not recommend Danny from the Furniture Assembly Company more highly.
His service was efficient, friendly, professional and went above and beyond the job description and fixed my broken bed legs for no extra charge. As someone who has always worked in customer service myself I rarely come across this sort of excellence.
From the get go he was nothing but professional and friendly and when I let him know at short notice I was running late to meet him his response was immediate and he let me know that it wasn’t a problem.
I would never choose anyone else now in future for any help with furniture assembly.
To say Danny and Van is professional is an under statement. So I contacted Danny for his service and from the get go it was Good, Better, Best and EXCELLENT. with such short Notice Danny and Van came out and straight to work. I had so many items to be fixed and Gosh are they quick. As a mother im very hesitant letting ppl into my home, but Danny and Van was warm and friendly. Danny offered to re fix my TAll boy that was badly put together absolutely free off charge. i would recommend Danny and h…
Nice and Easy!
Danny was easy to communicate with and the job done was very competent. He further gave advice on how to best manage the sofa bed so it can be maintained for a long time. Will recommend him to anyone who needs it.
Bijan Panta.
Thank you Danny. The two gentlemen who came this morning were very efficient and pleasant. It’s great to be able to use the chairs.
Cheers, Sandra
